When I first saw this picture I thought in a super-catty voice, "Whoa, Brit. Last I checked it was 2007, NOT 1995." But then I looked closer and realized that I love this look. Not only do I LOVE the 90s, but I also love Clueless. Look how Brit is channeling Cher Horowitz! Plus, fuck that 80s-revival bullshit. The Spice Girls are getting back together, grunge is still dead, and it's time crank up the Cranberries and party Clinton Administration-style! Could B. be starting a new fashion trend?! GASP!
